ریحان الکافور ... اسے کافور یہودی بھی کہتے ہیں، گیلانی کہتا ہے کہ سوسن یہی ہے، یہ ایک روئیدگی ہے جس کی ماہیت میں اختلاف ہے (۱) بعض کہتے ہیں کہ اس کی شکل خیری جیسی ہوتی ہے اور پھول بھی خیری کے پھول کی طرح معلوم ہوتا ہے پتا جنگلی کاسنی کے پتے کی طرح اور چھوٹا ہوتا ہے ، (۲) بعض کہتے ہیں کہ اس کے پتے انار کے پتوں کی طرح مگر ان سے کچھ چھوٹے اور پھول سفیدی مائل نیلا ہوتا ہے، اس کے تمام اجزا کو ملنے سے کافور کی سی خوشبو آتی ہے.

مونگے کا درخت (کہا جاتا ہے کہ مونگا سمندر میں نباتات کی مانند اُگتا ہے لیکن جب اسے پانی سے باہر لاتے ہیں تو وہ پتھر بن جاتا ہے اور کبھی دیمک لگی ہوئی لکڑی کی طرح ہوجاتا ہے).
