- (धर्मशास्त्र) हाजियों का पहनने के लिए बिना सिला परिधान धारण करना और सुगंध इत्यादि का त्याग कर देना, हाजियों का विशेष वस्त्र
- (सूफ़ीवाद) बड़ी चादर, (प्रायः केसरी रंग की) जो सूफी, संत एवंं फक़ीर आदि आधा लुंगी के तौर पर बाँधते है तथा आधा शरीर के उपरी भाग पर लपेट लेते हैं (प्रायः वारसी अनुयायी)

English meaning of ehraam
Noun, Masculine
- the garment worn by pilgrims on entering Mecca, consisting of two wrappers without seam (also jāmaʼe ěḥrām), pilgrim robe
- determination or resolution to enter upon the performance of the Hajj or pilgrimage to Mecca, the period of pilgrimage at Mecca
