- (फ़िक़ा हनफ़ी) कोई चीज़ नक़द या सामग्री के बदले गिर्वी रखी जाए और ये शर्त लीखी जाए कि जैसे दो वर्ष के अंदर रुपया अदा करके न छुड़ा लें तो गिर्वी रखी हुई चीज़ विक्रय अर्थात बिकी हुई मानी जाएगी
