- (संगीत) एक गीत जिसके चार तुक होते है, अस्थायी, अंतरा संचारी और आभोग, कुछ मिलातुक नामक इसका एक पाँचवाँ तुक भी मानते है, इसके द्बारा देवताओँ की लीला, राजाओँ के यज्ञ तथा युद्ध आदि का वर्णन गूढ़ राग रागिनियों से युक्त गाया जाता है
