(فقہ) وہ گندگی جو کسی ایسی جگہ لگ جائے جو اس سے پہلے پاک تھی نیز وہ گندگی جو بے ذائقہ ،بے رنگ اور بے جسم ہو اصناف کے نزدیک حدیث ِاصغر (بے وضو ہونے) اور حدیث ِاکبر (غسل کی حاجت ہونے) کا نام ہے ؛ وہ نجاست جو نظر نہ آئے ۔
नजासत-ए-हक़ीक़ी
(فقہ) ایسی ناپاکی جو کپڑے یا بدن کو تین بار دھونے (کپڑے کو نچوڑنے) سے پاک ہوجاتی ہے ، ایسی نجاست جس کو دھو کر دور کیا جاسکتا ہے ؛ وہ نجاست جو دیکھی جاسکے ۔
