- (پہلوانی) چکّی کے پاٹ کی شکل کا پتّھر ، پچیس ، تیس سیر یا حسبِ ضرورت وزنی پاٹ یا چکلا جو کلائی اور ہاتھ کی قوت کے معیار کی آزمائش کے لیے پہلوان سے اٹھوایا جاتا ہے - اگر وہ ایک ہاتھ سے اس کو سیدھا اُوپر اٹھا لے تو اس کی طاقت معیاری سمجھی جاتی ہے - بعض پہلوان سنگ تولے کو نال بھی کہتے ہیں ، رک : سنتولا.
