- ۲۔ رفاہی قیامگاہیں: لاوارثوں، یتیموں اور بیواؤں كو پناہ دینے اور ان كی تعلیم وتربیت كے لیے بنائی ہوئی جگہ؛ طالب علموں كے مذہبی تعلیم پانے اور رہنے كا مكان، مذہبی كاركنوں كے رہنے كا مقام۔
